Project planning โ review agreements, prepare program summary, develop and maintain project budget, and develop comprehensive plan
Procurement and Bidding โ coordinate project materials
Project start up โ set up project management controls. Manage cash flow, develop communication protocols
Construction and Installation โ update and communicate timeline, ensure coordinated delivery of equipment and transition to startup team, review and prepare invoices, initiate and track change orders, concurrent support for factory operation and office building fit out, coordination of all FFE
Project Close out โ manage hand off of the facility, expedite final inspections, review and submit cocumentation to owner, source and advice on facility maintenance
