GMP supports Georgia-Pacific’s capital programs across multiple manufacturing facilities by providing project, construction, and program management services. The team integrates closely with Georgia-Pacific’s internal capital delivery systems to support projects from early development through construction, commissioning, and operational turnover.
GMP provides on-site construction leadership and coordination for infrastructure upgrades, controls modernization efforts, and other capital improvements executed within active manufacturing environments.
