GMP provides owner-side construction management for the PHX01 AI data center in Phoenix, Arizona. The project includes development of a high-density computing facility designed to support AI cloud computing infrastructure.
GMP supports coordination of general contractor activities, assists with zoning and permitting, and provides field leadership to align construction progress with the owner’s schedule, safety expectations, and quality standards. The project includes installation of modular electrical and IT infrastructure supporting the data center’s operations.
