GMP supports owner-side project and construction management for the development of the AUS01 hyperscale data center campus near Austin, Texas. The project began with the acquisition and evaluation of an existing bitcoin mining operation, followed by site planning and infrastructure optimization to support hyperscale AI and cloud computing capacity.
GMP provides on-site leadership to coordinate construction execution, support procurement activities, and align field operations with the owner’s schedule and delivery commitments.
