C. Price Howard

Price Howard has over 25 years of experience developing and managing projects ranging from $50MM to $2.5B, personally overseeing $6B in executed project delivery.

Price has broad technical and business leadership experience in the pulp and paper, process and industrial, and chemical industries. His expertise covers a broad range of project execution subjects, specifically: engineering, procurement, construction, contracting, and international project management with a strong history of results within segments of the industries. He has a breadth of proven leadership in operations, maintenance and reliability, human relations processes, procurement, acquisitions, litigation, and labor. He has significant experience with various contract types, e.g. reimbursable-plus, lump sum, including non-recourse financed EPC LSTK. He has additional experience in plant services, transition services, labor and associated agreement negotiation, and has lived and worked in three countries on two continents, with deep knowledge of negotiated international agreements for products and services. Price has experience with building teams and executing projects, both domestic and international. He successfully opened new remote international manufacturing sites including site selection, real estate purchase, and infrastructure placement including power, furnished offices, and staffing. Price’s experience also includes interaction with domestic and international union labor agreements and multi-level subcontract structures, and he is often consulted for at-risk projects and litigation.

Jay Alexander

Jay has over 30 years experience in a broad range of management positions in the Manufacturing, Design and Construction industries specializing in petrochemicals, chemicals, and the polymer industries. He served as V.P. and Alliance Manager for Fluor Daniel Chemicals, Plastics and Fibers. He was COO of Day and Zimmerman International and owner of Global Performance which was acquired by the Wood Group. He was also the President of Mustang Engineering Process and Industrial Business Unit. He is a native of the Upstate of South Carolina.

Frank Hardy

Mr. Hardy has over 30 years of experience in financial and administrative management in the engineering / construction business. He has experience in a broad range of industries working on both domestic & international joint ventures & projects. Management experience includes Chief Financial Officer of several companies, Strategic Business Unit Controller, Customer Relations Manager, Program Development Manager, Financial Manager, and Global Project Accounting Manager.

John is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, with a decade of experience specializing in project management and project engineering for heavy industrial and chemical clients. He excels in managing complex engineering and construction efforts, with expertise in contract and construction management, permitting, and project planning. With experience in both contracting and owner’s management roles, he is a trusted partner in project execution. John’s dedication and expertise consistently ensures successful project delivery, making him a dependable and valued figure in the field.
