GMP is providing owner-side construction management for the development of 5C’s CMH01 hyperscale AI data center campus in Springfield, Ohio. The project supports high-density computing infrastructure designed for advanced AI and cloud computing operations.
GMP coordinates general contractor execution, supports site logistics, and provides field leadership to align construction progress with the owner’s schedule and delivery commitments. The team also supports system readiness and phased energization of critical infrastructure as the campus transitions into operation.
